Phoenix' Barber Shop (upstairs), Kilborne Insurance (Bell Telephone upstairs), Hughe's Confectionery "Soda Fountain", A.T. Hoyt Jeweler and Optometrist (later Wade's Furniture). Ray Signor opened his tobacco store in July 1923. Vincent S. Phoenix opened his barbershop in October 1926. |
