Year: c1901 Location: 126 Main Parade in front of the McCredie and McAllister Block about 1901 or 1902. The north (left) side of the building housed the Post Office until about 1908 when it moved across the street to the building just north of the Wolsey Block (later Spauldings 5 & 10), the south side housed Henry Wheat's Grocery and later an Express Office. Above the Post Office was a dentist's office; above the Express Office was the law office of James A. Wright. |
