Veteran's Memorial Building about 1952.  First proposed in the mid-1940s, the project went through several years of fundraising and revised plans prior to the building dedication in May 1951.  It served as an active and vital meeting and banquet facility for the community for about 25 years prior to the opening of a new VFW building near the fairgrounds.  The building became home of the 4 Town First Aid Squad in October 1980.

An early design concept for the Memorial Building that appeared in the Moravia Republican-Register in September 1945.
