Genesee Co, NY. I've included a transcription and images of the letter.

the general public will no longer be able to see the names of living people.
Registered Members
who agree to the Privacy Policy and
Terms of Use may login and view names (only) for living people born before
1940.

Major overhaul
to the People
section. The genealogy database now provides virtually unlimited searching
and navigation through both pedigree (upward) and descendent (downward) trees.
The features are too numerous to list, but suffice to say that the name of the
software behind it, "TNG" (The Next Generation), says it all. You've got
to try the Relationship tool. Please contact me if you need help with any
of this.
