The following information has been transcribed from a book was
owned by Margaret Vosburgh [Margaret Mulholland b. Feb 19, 1861 Dresserville,
NY, d. Mar 29, 1958 Moravia, NY, m. (1) Daniel R. Griffin; (2) John E. Vosburgh].
The book is called "The Emerson Birthday Book", and for each day of the year
there is a poem by Emerson and a place for people's names. Several entries note
the year born and a small number have other information such as year died and/or
names of relatives. There are no marriage dates.
Most entries appear to be in
either Maggie's handwriting or her son Arthur's, however there are a few that
were likely entered by the person named and are identified with an asterisk (*).
